Access to GPTA is granted by a shared passphrase. Do not share the passphrase with anyone the operator has not authorized. Access may be revoked at any time by rotating the passphrase.

- no illegal activity, harassment, or malware development
- no attempts to bypass the site-gate or admin controls
- no scraping, load testing, or automated abuse of the endpoint
- no submission of secrets belonging to third parties

The AI can hallucinate. Verify anything material before you rely on it. Model output is not legal, medical, or financial advice.
[ no warranty ]
The service is provided "as is". The operator makes no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. RunPod cold starts and maintenance windows will cause occasional downtime.
[ liability ]
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of GPTA.

These terms may be updated as the terminal evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
